In supporting the purchase and sale of a home, CrediSegur only forwards your contact, with your consent, to a consultant from a real estate mediation company licensed by IMPIC, identified at the time of referral. The search for properties or buyers, property marketing and negotiation are carried out by that company, under the mediation agreement you sign with it.In the energy vertical, CrediSegur provides information and support services in choosing a supplier and in assessing solutions such as solar panels and electric mobility chargers. Installation may be carried out by a company from the same group, Meta Notável, Lda., under a separate contract, but the customer is free to contract the installation with any provider they choose, whether or not a CrediSegur partner. When you choose to switch supplier, the new supplier requests the switch on your behalf, with your express authorization; the call in which you give it is recorded by the supplier. Each switch or change to the contract requires a new authorization from you. Switching supplier has no costs; only the loyalty commitment under the previous contract may give rise to compensation.Remuneration. Our service has no cost for you. In credit, we are remunerated by the banks with which we have binding agreements; in insurance, by a commission included in the premium, paid by the insurer — you can ask us for the amount; in energy, by the suppliers we work with; for solar panels and chargers, by installation partners, including Meta Notável, Lda., a company from the same group.

13. Accessibility

The digital channels of CrediSegur — the website www.credisegur.pt, with its simulators and comparators, the contact request forms, the customer area and document upload — are there for you to learn about our credit intermediation, insurance mediation and energy services, run simulations and comparisons, and ask for a manager to contact you. You can deal with any of these matters by phone or e-mail, without using the website. Each page has a header with the menus, the main content and a footer with the legal links, and the first Tab key press shows the “Skip to content” link. Everything can be used with the keyboard and the focus is always visible. The forms and comparators move forward step by step: each field has a label, the errors tell you what to correct and, when you change step or submit, the focus moves to the step title or to the confirmation. Content that advances automatically stops when the pointer or focus is over it and has a button to pause it; if you request reduced motion in your system, it does not advance. We follow the European standard EN 301 549 and, within it, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.Compliance status: the digital channels of CrediSegur are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1, level AA. • Document upload: the document submission process is provided by an external supplier and appears in a frame within the website. Some buttons, fields and texts in that process do not have the required contrast or accessible names. You can send the documents to your manager by e-mail.
  • PDF documents: some documents, such as the information on the credit intermediary, the management report and accounts and the guides, are not prepared for assistive technologies. If you need any of them in another format, request it using the contacts below.
